Each variety is harvestedat it`s optimal ripeness, and is then processed on the day of harvesting in only the best oil mills.
After a while, when the oil settles we decant it and mix the single varieties into a harmonious blend with optimal ratio..
We create a blend which emphasizes the best characteristics of each variety..
We have decided to make a modern label for our oil and introduce it to a wider audience.
Our plan is to expand our olive grove, work on further improvement of our product and winning awards all over the world.
